We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please note: Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No Returns For:

  • Products damaged by misuse, wear & tear, or not in original condition.

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window.

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide the return address upon approval of your request.
